SearchMyInfo is a public web content aggregation service that provides AI-generated summaries based on publicly indexed web sources. We aggregate publicly available content (social media mentions, web results, and images) and use AI to generate informational summaries.
Important: SearchMyInfo does not provide private contact information, phone numbers, addresses, background checks, or sensitive personal data. We are not a consumer reporting agency or data broker.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use our service only for lawful purposes. You may not use our service:
- To stalk, harass, or threaten any individual
- For employment screening without proper authorization
- For tenant screening without compliance with applicable laws
- For credit or insurance eligibility determinations
- To violate any local, state, federal, or international law
4. Service Classification & Limitations
SearchMyInfo is an informational service that aggregates publicly available web content. We are:
- NOT a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA)
- NOT a data broker or personal information reseller
- NOT a provider of background checks, employment screening, or tenant screening
The AI-generated summaries provided by our service are for informational purposes only and cannot be used for employment, tenant screening, credit, insurance, or any other FCRA-regulated purpose.
5. Data Accuracy & Limitations
While we strive to provide accurate AI-generated summaries, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the content. Information is compiled from publicly indexed web sources and:
- May contain errors or be outdated
- May reference multiple individuals who share the same name
- Does not verify identity or confirm that content relates to a single person
- Should not be used as the sole basis for any decision about an individual
